What type of information do I collect?
That includes any communication that you send to me whether that be through the contact form on my website, through email, text, social media messaging, social media posting, mail chimp or any other communication that you send me. I process this data for the purposes of communicating with you, for record keeping and for the establishment of our working relationship/contract.
That includes data relating to the contract of my service or your ceremonies, such as your name, title, address, email address, phone number, contact details, and ceremony details. I process this data to supply the services you have contracted me for and to keep records of such transactions. My lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between us /or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract. As my services are customer specific, the content of your data will vary. On the whole, I do not collect data on individual and demographics such as age, race, ethnicity, health or criminal records etc, unless your ceremony specifically requires me to.
I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide to me in any other way. In addition, I collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. I may occasionally use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
How do I collect information?
I collect information via the contact page on my website, visits comments on my social media sites (Facebook Instagram and Twitter). You may well visit my social media or subscribe to receive a newsletter /offer/download via mail chimp. If you Subscribe to the mail chimp or facebook offer I will keep a record of your first name, surname and contact email address. This may be used to send you carefully selected emails in the future with offers/promotions. You can remove yourself from the list at any point by selecting 'unsubscribe' on your emails.

To provide and operate the Services of True to You Celebrancy. In essence, to enable me to write your ceremonial script, for you to check it and offer me any comments and for us to a agree on a final working document.
To send subscribed individuals information they have requested and other relevant information in the future until they unsubscribe.
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

How do I store, use, share and disclose my site visitors' personal information?
True to You Celebrancy is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Any electronic device used by True to You Celebrancy is password protected.
Clients and ceremonies:
I do not actively share any of your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent to do so. I share feedback and testimonials on the services that I have provided if I am given consent to do so. This may include photos’ and videos if you have consented to this and shared them with me for my feedback and testimonials pages. Third parties may access some of your public data if you comment on or share public social media posts. Any paper records of ceremonies or personal information will be securely shredded 3 months after the ceremony. Electronic copies of ceremonies are fully redacted after the ceremony so no personally identifiable information remains. I will delete all contact information 3 months after your ceremony.
Partner agencies and recommended suppliers:
I may share your public business marketing material where it is in the public domain, via my social media (facebook, twitter, Instagram or the website)
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How do I communicate with my site visitors
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

My business is creating a personalised ceremony. Withdrawing your consent will mean that I am not able to perform the role as commissioned by you. In this instance, I would need to cancel our contract and you would forfeit any email@example.com. *Please note, if I am actively engaged in creating a ceremony for you, withdrawing your consent to contact you or to hold the minimum data required to create a unique If you don’t want True to You Celebrancy to process your data anymore, please contact me at mail via the contact form on the True to You Celebrancy website, or send us an email directly to non refundable deposit. There is an opt-out button for any individuals who subscribed to receive a free download. If you would like to stop carefully chosen emails with offers or information being sent to you, please click the 'unsubscribe' button and you will be removed from the list. No further records or details will be stored by True to You Celebrancy.
